Once an item is shipped, Crystal Awakenings will notify you via the preferred contact option you chose (email or phone number). In this form of contact, I will include a USPS tracking number to be able to track it. All packages come within 2-5 business days, once shipped. Currently, Crystal Awakenings is only an online store. I am a one man team working dually as a teacher. I opened this small business on the side with the intention of  looking to spread crystal energy and knowledge in my personal time. While that's very important to me, I do not have the man power or proper time to provide regular basis, in person services.  Another reason, is I go about making my jewelry lines through intuitive processes and design. This is a lengthy process where my creations can take up to hours per pendant  and that makes it very hard as one person to sell in masses in the way physical store sales typically run. For these reasons, as of now there are no plans for a physical store .

However, if you are desiring an in person sale or to meet me to discuss different crystal creations, I do occasionally do events. Currently i have one planned for July 27th '24, and potentially another in late August coming up as well. Further down the line will be decided as needed and announced monthly on our Latest Updates page.

I will be offering online ONLY gift cards starting September 1st '24, available in amounts from $15-$50.  In the future, I'd like to offer these gift cards be used for in person sales as well, however I currently cannot accommodate this. I apologize for the inconvenience, this is an idea quickly working to be solved!

All discounts will state what they apply too. Some run only online, some are sent to customers and valid for both in-person and online sales. Please check the details section of your coupon or the sale flyer (all sales have flyers to match and can be found on my social media or the Current Discounts section on the home page) to find out what the discount can apply too. Review discounts received will always expire at the end of the year it was given and can be used for ANY purchase.

Care instructions:​

-Remember to be gentle with all wire wrapped jewelry, durability can be dependent on stone time and different designs.

​

-Never take in water. Always remove before show, swim or water activities. Copper wire is what i use and it will break down quickly if you get it wet.

​

-For simple energy cleansing methods try burning incense near by. You can also light a candle and cleanse with prayer/ intention, or laying the pendant under moonlight overnight. You can also take sage bundles and smudge your pendants before use.

-To charging crystals, try placing it on a Selenite charging plate for 48 to 72 hours

-For potential build up, you can use a soft cloth to gentle rub the crystal and wiring in slow circular motions
